Not sure it will help, but I just reported Sarina's impersonation account on twitter. I notice the scammer is linking to what looks Sarina's actual website (which I guess is what helped bamboozle the 2K+ people following that fake account!). Also, for anyone else who wants to do so, note that Sarina's real twitter account is still there, too, so be sure to report the one using her name but with the @sarinaAuthors handle. Correct me if I have that wrong, Sarina!

I had an impersonation issue on Instagram a couple of years ago. It was so creepy, and a bunch of people I know IN REAL LIFE were tricked by it and started following "me." It took forever to get it removed. And then right on cue I got upsold on meta's paid "verified" option, which is supposed to protect you from that and give you more customer service in general (the latter wasn't true). I signed up, but after all that's happened this month, the thought of giving Zuck $15/month didn't feel right for me, so I cancelled. I'm guessing that means it's open season on impersonation accounts. Sigh.
