I did the Summer Blueprint, but after discussing my point with a few other writer friends, I understood that I wasn’t entirely content with it so I’m doing the Challenge again and have already developed a Point that is much more personal yet universal. I love the Blueprint process.
This is spot on! I’ve been struggling with my memoir for two years. Once I discovered what I was trying to say, it all started coming together effortlessly.
This analogy to Saturday Night, in addition to giving me something to add to my To Be Watched list, is really great (AND helping me zero in on my own point to keep it front and center)!
