Hi writers! interrupting our usually scheduled programming to say, come hear me talk about writing the paranormal (which turned out to require a leap of faith I found it harder than I thought to make) and Playing the Witch Card with booksellers from two famous institutions: The Poisoned Pen and Mysterious Galaxy!

I’ll be talking to The Poisoned Pen TODAY—Thursday September 14—at 4 EST and 1 PST (I actually think that’s still EDT and PDT but I’m pedantic like that). That one will stream on both YouTube and Facebook Live, and those links should work or find all the details HERE.

Finally if you HAPPEN to live in Austin, I’ll be eventing—live and in person—at Lark and Owl booksellers on Thursday, September 28 at 6PM CST. That one’s cool bc you get the chance to get one of my very unique, personal hand-made Tarot bookmarks, which are like mini Tarot readings that are also very handy for, well, marcapagina. Which sounds like a spell but is actually just Spanish for bookmark. I like it though. I think I’ll start waving my hand and shouting marcapagina whenever I manage to mark my place without folding down the page corner.
